• Extractable head on a side trolley for cleaning operation
• Moulding device equipped with heated moulds, suitable for cookie moulding
• Interchangeable wire-cut  device, driven by servomotor
• Dry ingredients dispenser (sugar, chocolate chips ….) for  ‘target’ distribution on product
