FILLED PRODUCTS

Alimec manufactures plants for the filling of a wide range of products, both poured ( plum cakes, cupcakes, muffins, magdalenas) and leavened (croissants, donuts, ‘panettone’, ‘colomba’). Filling can be done in baking pans or directly on a topping conveyor. Both vertical or horizontal injection are possible, with single or double colours, according to the needs of the customer.

Over recent years, Alimec has excelled  in innovation and developing new filling systems, such as the vertical and horizontal injection using a single head, double-colour fillings and introducing the absolutely revolutionary co-injection system, which injects two fillings, one into the other.

LINE FOR VERTICAL FILLING OF PRODUCTS ON CONVEYOR BELT

Line suitable for vertical injection of poured or leavened products directly on conveyor belt. Line could be semi-automatic with manual loading of products or could be inserted in a fully automatic plant with feeding of products by means of robot or depanner. Once positioned, products are moved on a pu-type conveyor belt, aligned and then vertically filled by a volumetric injection head.

LINE FOR VERTICAL FILLING OF PRODUCTS IN PANS

Line suitable for vertical injection of poured or leavened products inside moulded baking pan. Line could be semi-automatic with manual loading of pans or could be inserted in a fully automatic plant; once inserted, pans are moved on a chain conveyor with intermittent movement. Then one or more volumetric injection heads vertically fill product.

HORIZONTAL INJECTION LINE

Line suitable for injection of poured or leavened products directly on conveyor belt, to obtain the ‘along filling effect’ into the product. Line could be semi-automatic with manual loading of products or could be inserted in a fully automatic plant with feeding of products by means of robot or depanner. Once positioned, products are moved on a pu-type conveyor belt, aligned and then vertically filled by a volumetric injection head.

ROBOT

A system able to pick-up different kinds of products from pans and deposit them directly onto the decoration and final packaging line. This solution allows flexibility and the handling of several types of acetate/blister, through the use of special tools, with quick change of product type and a medium-high production speed.
